Widely travelled in Central and South America, he has always felt that it had more potential and deserves a higher profile. c+l has some of the most demanding and exacting clients in the UK and US but they also want real experiences. This has meant the need for the very best partners in its destinations- Latin America can always deliver but it is always about relationships and LATA is about just that.

As Country Director of Air Europa he has led the airline’s growth in the UK & Ireland for the past ten years to make Air Europa one of the world’s leading airlines serving Latin America. Having started with only 3 Latin American destinations on offer, over the last ten years the network has grown and now serves over 20 destinations to Latin America and the Caribbean.

James Goller

James co-founded Viaventure in 2001 in order to share with others what he had discovered traveling throughout Central America: a magical place full of natural, historical, and cultural wonders. Over the past two decades, James has helped shape Viaventure into one of the region’s most respected tour operators, curating bespoke journeys and travel experiences from Mexico to Panama.

James grew up on a ranch in California and credits his mother, an archaeologist, with fueling his passion for exploration and discovery. He joined her on many adventures, from local horseback expeditions searching for lost Native American sites, to traversing active lava flows in Hawaii, to a 12,000 mile road trip from California to Panama and back. Enamored with Central America, James returned and settled in the beautiful Spanish colonial city of Antigua Guatemala, where he and his partners started Viaventure.
