ela 2017: Buyers, it’s time to select your interests and seminars!

Dear Friends

The time is now here! It’s time to select your appointment interests and seminars.

This is the exciting bit, it’s the first time you get to view our exhibitor’s profiles in more detail and select who you would like to see. You have between today and the 28th April to complete this stage before it closes. You will then receive your preliminary schedule on the 22nd May ready for the next stage of the process which is ela Connect which can be used to top up appointments and send instant messages to exhibitors you would like to see, closer to the show.

As it’s a new system, we’ve put together a quick overview of the new sections to walk you through. We’ve also included important information at the top of each page to guide you through so look out for the green banners.

Let’s get started!

1. Have you registered yet?

Do you want to attend ela and meet some of the best Airlines, Hotels, Tourist boards, Cruise Operators, Trains, DMC’s and Independent Lodges? If so, please register here.

2. Log into your profile

Already registered? Remember to use the same log in details you registered with to access your profile and sign in here.

3. Check out My Homepage

This is your dashboard where you have an overview of everything including your company details, exhibitors you would like to see, suggested matches, who viewed your profile etc.

4. Check out My Seminars

Select up to 2 seminars per day that you wish to attend. Please note, you can only attend the seminars on the days you have registered for. Seminars are 45 minutes long and by attending a seminar, this will block out 2 appointment slots in your calendar.

5. Manage Meetings

Manage everything exhibitor related and your individual schedule based on the exhibitors you wish to see.

6. Individual Schedule

Find the timings for your meetings and seminars, coffee and lunch breaks in a calendar style format.

7. Select Exhibitors of Interest

You are able to select the exhibitors you would like to see using advanced search functions to search for; core business, key areas and countries.

8. Selected Exhibitors

Rank your selection of exhibitors by those you are most keen to meet with (1 being the highest).

9. Your Suggested Matches

View your suggested matches based on the interest criteria you entered.
