Matchmaking Overview

For those of you who are new to ELA, matchmaking is the process where both buyers and suppliers are connected using three sets of criteria. Therefore, when you are completing your profiles and selecting your interests, it is important to be as thorough as possible in order to get the best matches. You can find the Matchmaking criteria below and more information can be found on slide 8 of the buyer programme here.

Meetings of mutual selection: This is where meetings are schedules automatically when both the buyer and supplier select each other for an appointment.

Buyers Interests: If a buyer is interested in meeting a supplier an appointment will be scheduled.

Same Interest selection: If buyers and suppliers have selected matching areas and countries of operation, then an appointment will be scheduled.
