LATA Expo sees all buyers hosted on-site, with accommodation and meals all included.
All buyer delegates will have a room to themselves, with a desk and Wi-Fi, giving you a quiet space to catch up on your emails.
All buyers will be hosted on Monday and Tuesday night, but you also have the option to stay with us on Sunday night, with some evening welcome activities.
Alternatively, you can arrive by 9.00am on Monday for the conference.

Will all buyers stay for the full event?
We want everyone to be together for the duration of the event – as if LATA Expo were taking place overseas. We want delegates to be able to make the most of their valuable time, interacting with colleagues in the industry and potential new partners, as well as learning from our conferences and, of course, having some fun as well!
Will this mean being out of touch with my business for three days?
Not at all. We understand that your time is precious, teams are smaller, and everyone is more stretched that was the case a few years ago. We have taken this into account by ensuring that there is time in the schedule for you to catch up with the office, as well as choosing a venue that offers a desk and working facilities in each bedroom.
Will there be a limit on the number of buyers?
Our intention is to have around 125 buyers take part in LATA Expo 2026, on a hosted basis. Where companies traditionally send multiple delegates, we will get in touch to see who they wish to send. We will normally have a limit of one delegate from any one company., however we are prepared to consider a second delegate, with their own meeting schedule, where appropriate. Contact the LATA Expo team if you would like to apply for two delegates.
Is there a cost to attend?
As the event is fully-hosted, we do make a small charge of £500 plus vat per buyer delegate. LATA member companies are entitled to apply for one place free-of-charge as part of their membership, and Premium Buyers will be eligible for a 100% discount.
