Who can exhibit?

Entry is open to ALL LATA members, operating services within Latin America across all sectors (overland to luxury) including the below:

  • Excursion & Transportation suppliers – to include DMCs, Car Hire companies, Boats, Mobile Safaris and specialist service suppliers operating within Latin America
  • Accommodation suppliers – to include Hotels, Lodges, Camps, and B&B’s
  • Expedition and Cruise Ships operating within Latin America
  • Tourist Boards – all Latin America Tourist Boards
  • Airlines – operating to/from and within Latin America

If you are not a LATA member, please join before applying for LATA Expo.

Buyers

Buyers are carefully selected based on their current Latin America business or potential new business to Latin America. This includes Owners, Product Managers, Sales Consultants, Marketing and Commercial Managers from the following sectors:

  • Worldwide Tour Operators with Latin America-specific sales departments
  • Latin America Specialist Tour Operators
  • Adventure/Overland Operators
  • Bespoke Concierge Operators
  • Travel Agents
  • Leisure/Resort Operators
  • Selected European Operators
  • Selected Media (Freelance and Editors)
  • Exhibition space comprising 1 table & 3 chairs
  • 1 delegate pass
  • A personalised appointment meeting diary with buyers and media
  • Accommodation on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights
  • Welcome event and activities on the evening of Sunday 6th
  • LATA Expo Conference on Monday 7th
  • A place at the Gala Dinner on Monday 7th
  • LATA Expo festival on the evening of Tuesday 8th
  • All meals included
  • Late bar each night
  • Standard entry on the event website
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi at the show
  • Transfers to and from the venue, connecting with major transport hubs

Standard Exhibitor places for LATA Expo 2027 are limited, so we recommend applying to exhibit as soon as possible. We will apply a limit on types of exhibitor and operating destination at LATA’s sole discretion, to ensure a fair mix of exhibitors.

There are 10 Premium Exhibitor Spaces available on a first-come-first-served basis. These are allocated separately to the standard exhibitor selection process.

All benefits of the Standard Exhibitor Package, plus:

  • Enhanced exhibitor table at edge of room with wall branding
  • 10 confirmed meetings – you name them, you get them (unless specifically declined by buyer delegate)
  • Hosted table at Gala Dinner including branding, with ability to invite specific attendees to your table
  • 2 bottles of prosecco (or non-alcoholic equivalent) at Gala Dinner for your guests

£8,600 subject to availability – maximum of 10

  • Additional delegate: £1700 – includes accommodation, meals, and access to all events and activities.
  • Table sharing: £650 per sharing exhibitor
  • Table co-location fee: £200 per table

 

All prices exclude VAT, which will be applied at the current rate where required.
