With over a decade of experience in market research, Richard works as a trends analyst, consultant, presenter and facilitator on bespoke client projects. He helps Mintel clients understand how global consumer trends impact their business and is regularly called on by media worldwide to provide insight and analysis into consumer trends. Richard is also a key speaker at Mintel’s ‘Big Conversation’ client events across Europe and has presented at conferences as far afield as Philadelphia, Berlin, Aruba and Whistler. His recent projects have looked at Virtual Reality, the future of Sustainability, the rise of Africa as an innovative consumer region and key consumer trends for 2016.
